**Minister/Church: Rev. Emmanuel Paulpeter, Creo Christ House Church-plant of First Presbyterian Church of Houston Creo Christ is a missional community/house church that meets near the Montrose area in Houston. This is a community that creates a safe place for believers as well as non-believers to explore the Christian faith. It is an extension of the ministry of First Presbyterian Church of Houston, led by Outreach Pastor Emmanuel Paulpeter. The Scripture is: He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. (2 Corinthians 9:10) Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever. (1 John 2:15-17) Prayer by Rev. Emmanuel Paulpeter: Father - Thank you for being a loving Father who is knocking at the door of our hearts! We hear you knocking on the door of our hearts to lead us further into the mission to the world for the sake of the Gospel, by participating in planting Gospel communities. I pray that you would soften our hearts especially in places where it is jaded, hardened and callous. Help us to align our heart to the tune of what is close to your heart for our neighbors, city and the world. In the name of Jesus, empower us by the Holy Spirit so we would be your faithful servants going on mission joyfully, proclaiming your love, for the glory of your name. In Christ’s name we pray, Amen! *Pray for tomorrow's message and prepare your heart to hear from the LORD!

Pastor Zhao is a church-planting intern with the Chinese-Mandarin Church of Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas. The Scripture is: Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. (Revelation 3:20-22) And a vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man of Macedonia was standing there, urging him and saying, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” (Acts 16:9) Prayer by Pastor Will Zhao: Our generous God, creator, redeemer, and healer of sinners, thank you for loving us as your children and rebuking us when it is needed. Help us to avoid being lukewarm and self-centered, but let us be generous and open our doors to you and your children. Grant us your vision of bringing lost sheep to you; build up the new kingdom expressions in Texas through our prayers and support. Please bless and enrich those congregation that are supporting the expansion of your Kingdom here in Texas. For Christ's sake, Amen. *Pray for tomorrow's message and prepare your heart to hear from the LORD!

Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (Philippians 4:4-6) Prayer by Rev. Dr. Dana Allin: Lord, we thank you that as we think about the overwhelming needs to start and strengthen churches we are reminded of your command to rejoice and not be anxious as we come to you in prayer. And so God we know that you equip your people for any task to which you have called them. We pray therefore that you would cultivate boldness and generosity in our congregations and leaders to pursue the mission to which we have been called. We pray that you would raise up the next generation of pastors in and through our congregations and that you would ignite the hearts of our covenant partners to capture a vision for ways that you are calling them to greater ministry in your name. Finally, Lord we do this with thanksgiving knowing that you already know our needs and are ready to supply. In Jesus name, Amen! *Pray for tomorrow's message and prepare your heart to hear from the LORD!
**Minister/Church: Rev. Simon Kingori, Highland Park All Nations Community, Dallas, TX All Nations Community is part of the family of churches supported by Highland Park Presbyterian Church in Dallas, and is an African immigrant community of faith meeting at Highland Park’s Wynne Chapel at 11am, every Sunday. TX. All Nations began with roots in the African community and is growing in diversity under the leadership of Rev. Simon Kingori. Let us pray that through All Nations, many souls will be touched with the gospel of Jesus Christ in Dallas and beyond! The Scripture is: And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” (Luke 9:23) And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.” (Isaiah 6:8) And Peter answered him, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.” So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, “Lord, save me.” Jesus immediately reached out his hand and took hold of him, saying to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. And those in the boat worshiped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.” (Matthew 14:28-33) Prayer by Rev. Simon Kingori: Lord, we thank you for sending your son Jesus Christ into the world. Through His death and resurrection we have been reconciled to you as our Father. And now that Jesus has come into our lives and is working in us, we are grateful He has called us to partner with Him in bringing restoration to others and to the world. What an incredible privilege! Help us to be inspired and be willing to respond to the invitation to say, “Here I am, Send Me.” For how will they believe in whom they have never heard, and how will they hear without someone preaching, And how are they to preach unless they are sent? And thank you that we get to share the good news in the power of the Holy Spirit. Through Jesus Christ we pray. Amen! *Pray for tomorrow's message and prepare your heart to hear from the LORD! |
